I’m Sharon Beck, founder of EXM Consulting.
I’ve spent more than 20 years inside Advertising, Media and Communications businesses across commercial finance and executive People leadership. That experience gives me a broad perspective on how organisations work, where they get stuck and what it takes to improve performance.

My career hasn’t followed a conventional HR path. I began on the commercial side of business and held senior financial and commercial roles before moving into People & Culture.
That combination shapes the way I work - understanding the people implications of business decisions and the commercial implications of people decisions.
